"Customer", "you" or "user" refers to any person who accesses the website or makes a reservation through it.

By accessing and using the website, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.
Lumos reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of modification noted.
4. Services offered through the website
The website offers the following services: presentation of the restaurant and the menu, the ability to submit a table reservation request, allergen information and indicative nutritional information.
The website is not an online shop — we do not sell products remotely and we do not process online payments. Payment is made exclusively on site at the time of consumption.
5. Reservation procedure
To make a reservation, fill in the form in the "Reservations" section, selecting the date, time, number of guests and your contact details.
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation code for the request on screen. This code is not a definitive confirmation of the reservation.
As soon as possible (usually on the same day, within our operating hours), a member of our team will contact you by phone to confirm or to propose an alternative if the requested slot is not available.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit phone contact with a Lumos representative.
6. Modifying or cancelling a reservation
You can modify or cancel a reservation by phone, at +40 711 916 258, at least 2 hours before the reserved time.
If you do not show up at the reserved time and do not notify us (no-show), we reserve the right to refuse future reservations to the same phone number.
Lumos reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in exceptional cases (technical issues, private events, force majeure), with prior phone notification.
7. Conduct in the restaurant
Please respect the atmosphere of the place, other guests and the staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers behaving inappropriately.
Pets are welcome on the terrace, provided they remain calm and clean.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are in RON and include VAT according to applicable legislation.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The valid prices are those in the physical menu present at the time of ordering.
Payment is made at the restaurant, in cash, by card or by other methods accepted on site.
9. Intellectual property
The entire content of the website (texts, images, logo, visual identity) is the property of Lumos Coffee and Brunch or our partners and is protected by intellectual property legislation.
Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the content without the written consent of Lumos is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
Information about allergens and nutritional values is provided in good faith and based on the available data, but may vary depending on suppliers and the preparation process. For any severe intolerance or allergy, please inform the staff before ordering.
Lumos is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the inability to use it.
The website may contain links to external pages over which we have no control and for whose content we are not responsible.
11. Consumer protection
As a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by Romanian legislation (in particular Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection).

12. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and failing an agreement, by the competent courts in Sibiu.
