Allergens Policy

At Lumos, we take seriously our responsibility to inform you correctly about the allergens in our menu.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, each product on our menu is accompanied by a clear list of the relevant allergens, identified by EU codes 1 to 14.

Please inform our staff before ordering if you have a severe food allergy or intolerance. We will do our best to recommend a safe product or to adapt your order.

  • Our kitchen prepares products in a single space, so there is a low but real risk of cross-contamination with traces of all allergen categories listed above.
  • Product composition may vary slightly depending on suppliers. We strive to update information as promptly as possible.
  • In case of a severe allergy (for example, a peanut allergy with risk of anaphylactic shock), please speak directly with our team — we can recommend safe alternatives or, in certain cases, point you to other options.
  • For up-to-date details, also consult the "Nutritional declaration" page, where each product comes with ingredients, indicative nutritional values and allergens.
